『妖怪マート』動画・配信ガイドライン
GudaGuda Studio は、『妖怪マート』（以下「本作」）のゲーム映像・音声を利用した動画投稿および生配信を、以下の条件のもとで許諾します。
1. 対象者
個人・法人・団体を問わず、事前のご連絡なくご利用いただけます。
所属事務所やグループでの活動としてのご利用も可能です。
2. 収益化
各プラットフォームの収益化機能（YouTube の広告・メンバーシップ・スーパーチャット、Twitch のサブスクリプション等）を含む収益化を許諾します。
3. 配信範囲
本作の全編を対象として、ネタバレを含む内容の公開を許諾します。
4. 対象プラットフォーム
YouTube / Twitch / ニコニコ動画 / TikTok / X / Mirrativ / ツイキャス / bilibili その他一般的な動画・配信プラットフォーム
5. 禁止事項
- 本作の音楽・映像・カットシーン等を、ゲームプレイと切り離した単体の素材として公開すること
- 本作そのもの（ゲームデータ）の再配布・アップロード
- 当スタジオによる公式な提携・スポンサーであると誤解させる表現
- 他者を誹謗中傷する内容、法令に違反する内容と組み合わせての利用
6. お願い（任意）
可能であれば、概要欄に本作の Steam ストアページへのリンクを記載いただけると嬉しいです。必須ではありません。
7. 免責・改定
本ガイドラインは予告なく変更される場合があります。本ガイドラインに基づくご利用によって生じた損害について、当スタジオは責任を負いません。
Yokai Mart — Video & Streaming Guidelines
GudaGuda Studio grants permission to publish videos and live streams featuring footage and audio from Yokai Mart, under the terms below.
1. Who this applies to
Individuals, companies and organisations alike, with no need to contact us in advance.
This includes creators working as part of an agency, group or corporate roster.
2. Monetisation
You may monetise this content, including via platform features such as YouTube ads, memberships and Super Chat, and Twitch subscriptions.
3. Scope
You may cover the entire game, including story spoilers and the ending.
4. Platforms
YouTube, Twitch, niconico, TikTok, X, Mirrativ, TwitCasting, bilibili, and other common video and streaming platforms.
5. Not permitted
- Publishing our music, art or cutscenes as standalone assets separated from gameplay
- Redistributing or uploading the game itself
- Implying an official partnership or sponsorship that does not exist
- Combining our content with material that defames others or breaks the law
6. A request (optional)
If it's easy, we'd love a link to the Steam page in your description. Not required.
7. Disclaimer & changes
These guidelines may change without notice. We accept no liability for damages arising from use under these guidelines.
